Started at Beyond Limits for a knee issue that was painful and affecting my gait. After two weeks of physical therapy there has been noticeable improvement. This shop is top notch--everyone works together, they are organized and efficient, if someone is not available someone else jumps in to help, and the proof is in the pudding--my knee feels quite a bit better! Special shout out to Mitchell, an awesome PT, and Rachel at the front desk. Both are kind, helpful, and great at what they do. PLUS, Beyond Limits is only 5 minutes from home. I started here based on its great reputation--I can now verify it is well deserved.

Chloe is the best! She's so knowledgeable and makes everything easy to understand. I love the diagrams she uses, they really help you see what's going on and why the exercises matter. The exercises themselves are simple to do at home and have made such a difference for me. She's also just lovely to work with. Never rushes you, always answers questions, and creates a really comfortable space. I've been telling all my friends with kids to go see her. I highly, highly recommend booking an appointment with Chloe!

I was pleasantly surprised. I actually made a mistake and showed up a day early for my first appointment. They rearranged things and told me that they would make it possible for me to be seen. I didn’t have to wait I was taken to a room. Colby came in and took time to get to know me then started on my session. He was caring and thorough. When I left I really felt like they cared about me getting better and helping me with my hip issues. They even gave me a T shirt. I was treated like they really wanted to make me comfortable and not just another patient.
